Terms and Conditions for Life Insurance Coverage

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of life insurance coverage by South Florida Best services LLC, a licensed life insurance provider, to its policyholders By purchasing a life insurance policy from South Florida Best services LLC, Policyholders agree to adhere to these Terms.

Policyholder: An individual who has entered into a life insurance contract with South Florida Best services LLC. Insured: The person whose life is insured under the policy.

Beneficiary: The person or entity designated by the Policyholder to receive the benefits payable upon the death of the Insured. Coverage and Benefits

South Florida Best services LLC agrees to provide life insurance coverage as specified in the policy contract issued to the Policyholder.

Benefits payable under the policy are contingent upon the fulfillment of all policy terms, including premium payments and compliance with policy conditions. Premium Payments Policyholders are required to pay premiums as outlined in the policy contract. Failure to pay premiums may result in policy lapsation or other consequences as specified in the policy. Termination:
